These are the differences that we could see between Scoil Chormaic CNS and Clondrinagh NS.
- In Clondrinagh, all children have their own desk.
- Clondrinagh has really old desks (50 years old!), but ours were only bought last year.
- Clondrinagh NS is 50 years old, but Scoil Chormaic is only 3 years old, and our building isn't even one year old.
- Scoil Chormaic CNS is much bigger
- There are fields and farms around Clondrinagh NS
- Clondrinagh NS has 21 children, but we have 190 children
- Miss O'Neill's classroom is much smaller
- Clondrinagh NS starts at 9.30 am, but we start at 9.00 am
- Clondrinagh NS has Senior Infants, First Class, Second Class all in the same classroom. We only have one class in our rooms.
- The road to Clondrinagh NS is much narrower, and has many more trees and bushes
- We have more playgrounds
These are the similarities that we could see:
- We both do PE, Maths, Irish , English, Art and much much more
- We both have Golden Rules
- We are both trying to Green School Flags
- We both go out to play at the same time

Today we had some very special virtual visitors to our classroom - children from Miss O'Neill's class in Clondrinagh National School in Lissycasey, County Clare. Over the last few weeks we have been posting letters and pictures to Clondrinagh, telling them about Scoil Chormaic CNS and Balbriggan.
You can see Clondrinagh National School here:
We called them on Skype and spoke for over an hour about the differences and similarities between our schools and where our schools are located. We'll post up more information about this soon!
